I’ve just been using en dashes this entire time, was once accused of being a bot because I used them, and as a result I found out that I was using dashes improperly — and should instead use em dashes.

Fair enough. It feels like a difference in scale and not category, but I acknowledge that’s subjective.

Not to be rude but isn’t this just humble-bragging and a subset of Stage 3?

Before I read the text I thought this was a photo of a stenographer; they used those or similar in depositions I’ve given.
