2 months agoI think that would certainly add (a lot of) noise to the data, but seeing as there’s still a net drop in windows, it’s still a good month for linux. Sucks that they can only use http requests. :(

I like to save my screenshots in case they become relevant, like so:
X11 wins in each scenario, but it is just a 0.14 to 0.22 ms difference
I think it’s cool people seem to have noticed this difference.
When I find myself on servers like that in any game I pretend I’m training for operating a Martian Rover and see it as an extra challenge. I just hope the ping in consistent.

I’ve been using Audacious for years now; it’s lightweight and also has no library management but I find I don’t really need that. I just point it to any one album on my drive and it plays it.
I have each album saved as a separate ‘playlist’ which works well for me. I can see people being annoyed with how I have it set up, but I like it this way.
Logic can do nothing when faced with inscrutable greed.

I only tried to use gamescope as a launch option, but that made it so at least one of the games wouldn’t launch. I’ve not tried with others though or installing it through apt. So far switching to kde has done the trick, so not going to try fixing a problem that isn’t there anymore (so far).
