As far as I know, the current iteration of Steam’s AI disclosure is for asset generation in games, not using AI for coding. So, most of your point is kinda moot in the context of the post.

It is, but it’s not asset generation. That’s the distinction. Assets are an already defined concept, textures, UI elements and so on.

No because best implies it’s good. Least bad doesn’t transmit the same message as best.
