you know what’s funny, is that my noise cancelling headphones started to have serious problems when I ‘upgraded’ to windows 11. it would pick up the noise cancelling mics and decide they were the primary, not my standalone dedicated microphone.
in the process, it would also downgrade the sound quality for some fucking reason. no matter how many ways I disabled them, it would either re-enable them or I’d find a new way to try.
with Linux? just works.
Not a single AI CEO understands cybersecurity. They’ve got soundbytes to make it sound like they know what they’re talking about, but time and again they’re complete nonces.
Though reading that back we might be able to expand the scope to most CEOs.
congrats! the arch wiki is awesome, isn’t it?
also… this marks the second time this week I’ve heard of FireWire. though you might’ve had a better excuse for bringing it up. the other instance was my mother, mistakenly referring to the optical cable im running at home lol
hey printf. just wanted to drop in and say its been really cool to follow your Linux journey. I don’t have suggestions for you, but please keep it up.
can I ask: what is it about OpenRC that you like? I personally haven’t tried artix yet (for personal use i’m on arch) so I’m not familiar with the differences.
there’s no fucking way
Debian users should receive their news 6-12 months after everyone else, change my mind

completely fair. i had to be very honest with myself to be able to say that (for me) it beats all my favorite games from childhood
Expedition 33 quickly eclipsed anything that could have been considered my favorite game last year.
Pure art.
might I recommend topgrade to you in these trying times?
this is shockingly ambitious from the flipper team. wow.
I don’t have experience with ARM development, but IMO that seems like the field that would benefit the most from this project. its also where I see the most pushback occurring.
very happy they’re opening this up. they built a good community with the first flipper, I’m sure there are tons of qualified people willing to contribute to this one.
the stars and forks should be on github to send a message.
cloning and subsequent rehosting should definitely take place on other platforms.
clone, star, fork. we can all help out.
Github has zero 9’s so at this point just use Arch for everything fuck it
(I would personally recommend Debian)
hey there, this is really cool. please keep us updated if you have any developments on how you solve the problems, and what else you discover
Ah, the researchers finally got around to playing Expedition 33 huh?
Jokes aside, isn’t this also a phenomenon with finishing books and TV shows?
this service exists mostly for people who can’t purchase a pixel directly. nitrokey ships internationally
its competent people raising issues and being overruled, ignored, laughed at by people who want to move fast and break things. same as always.
