There’s scripts you can run using the console on the browser version on Discord.

This one looks like the updated version: https://github.com/victornpb/undiscord I guess all you need now is something like GreaseMonkey or similar to run it, had to paste a big block of javascript before.I’m under no illusions that the data may still be in their hands but I guess it’s not outwardly visible? I only did it because I’m a little wacky.
It was a fun 5-6 years but I deleted my account and all my messages last year. That took a while even automated lol.
