Technology@lemmy.ml•Brave is charging $60 to remove features it added in the first place
81·12 days agoOkey bye IE bot. Hope to see ya in a few year when Edge finally reach you… So the IE dumb defender didn’t disappear, they started using brave… This explain so much about how a company with this kind of action against the consumer can survive. They target the old IE fan boy with an humiliation kink.
It is by contrast of non imperial variables.

12·2 months agoIn à set a planned condition you don’t have the impact of random events. A perfectly fine program can broke easily because input data don’t match expected input. I join the other guy sating that not a huge feat, that a feat but on the same scale of solid state battery or the folding cloth robot. Pretty but not real life usable yet so not so usefull. I get that you like the final idea. I am myself wetting myself about the LG robot which was folding t-shirts at CES2026 but I fold on my bed and I am convinced he can’t handle well a tilted surface which is not as hard as a table.

Linux@lemmy.ml•Why is Debian always left out of the distro recommendations?
2·4 months agoOld packages in repos. I tried some stuff on LLM and VR and ubuntu had package more updated than Debian. That sad you have to reinstall Ubuntu each time you have to do a security update…

2·5 months agoNo I don’t mean a monopoly like that, a monopoly of service, they do far better so get most of the market. The best is that this is a good feedback loop, since they doned to proton I switched my PC. To linux and bought a steal deck. And I plan to buy the headset. They give they receive. I know that interested but they do good for now.

52·5 months agoA using the monopole to do good. Nobody to blame here, they are winning capitalism without burning everything around too much.

For my defense he is asking for it…
